Leonard Raven-Hill (1867 – 1942)
Biography
Leonard Raven-Hill was educated at Bristol Grammar School,
and studied art at Lambeth, and later in Paris under Bougereau
and Aime Morot. Through his time as an artist he made
many contributions to magazines, working for Punch magazine,
and illustrating such books as Sir Walter Besant’s
East London. |
